Dining at the inn
Our farm is at the centre of everything at Pogusch. As well as our sheep, goats, pigs and chickens we cultivate over 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables and herbs in our garden and glass house. The results of our sustainable farm to table philosophy can be enjoyed in our traditional inn. On Thursdays we pay homage to the meat from our farm with nose to tail specialities; Fridays there is fish fresh from the lakes of the surrounding Hochschwab region; Saturdays we celebrate our Styrian milk-fed veal.
Dining in the show-kitchen
The most fun is always to be had at the bar! This is true of our Schankkuchl too. At the heart of the action you sit at the long bar in a cozy and convivial atmosphere with your fellow guests and observe as the chefs prepare your dishes over the open fire or steam them right in front of you.
